| If the property is to be
occupied by Carol as your On-site Marketing
Expert, Beamer is part of the family. True to the
breed's temperament he loves everyone and is always on leash
when visitors come. He is never more than 5 feet from my
side. When I am not at home, he is with me. His second
favorite place in the world is to be in the car going on what we
call "A Trip" or at "Paws" doggie day care. Best yet, Bichons are non-shedding,
odorless and are promoted to be the most non-allergic dog for
people with allergies. |
Pampered Pet -
Beamer looks forward to
monthly visits to the groomer, also getting his his teeth cleaned
at the same time. Plus he is on "Advantage",
so there are "No Flees." When
reviewing In the references below you will see that Beamer has not been an issue and is always
under control! |

leaving the house in such clean condition. We were very
concerned about having problems with the animals, but the place
looks great. Because the house was essentially brand new,
with new paint, carpet and very elegant stone floors we had much
to be concerned with, but you proved to us that animals and a

wanted to take a moment to thank you for a job well done! Your
staging of my listing in Shady Canyon, turned a "Plain
Jane" into an inviting multi-million dollar home. Having you
manage the home, was just an added bonus! I loved having someone
to turn on lights and make sure the home was always "ready to
show". I must admit that I had concerns upon hearing that
your small dog would be staying with you at the property, but it
quickly became clear that your assurances regarding
"Beamer" were all true. He is quiet, well-behaved,
odor-free and never home when you are gone. If I did not know you
had a dog, I would not have known a dog was living on the
premises! You are a true professional!
